• Your transport request is not confirmed until payment is received
• Cancellation policy:
• Full refund if transport is canceled 24 hours prior
• Partial refund (50%) if canceled the same day or less than 24 hours from scheduled request
• Dry runs will be charged/billed at 50% of the transport charge
• A dry run is when the driver arrives to pick up and passenger requests to cancel upon driver's arrival
